Aims & Objectives – The Anointed Men Uganda

AIMS (Anticipated outcomes)

Men will observe and respect more the opposite sex both in marriage and in public.
Men will stop or reduce on violence against the opposite sex and children.
Men will recover their gloried marital status in their marriages and in the public.
The men’s dignity will be protected against any form of abuse.
Most men will learn to be on the apex even in the communal work as it used to be in the past.
Most men will learn how to become more responsible for their families and moral obligation.
Most men will be informed about causes of conflicts in the relationships.
Men will avoid and reduce on the rate of committing crimes like; domestic violence, sexual harassment, rape, defilement, suicide, murder, assault, torture, un- necessary misunderstandings, etc hence reduced offences.
Families will enjoy moments of peace, love and harmony than before.
The homeless men will establish homes and understand the importance of owning one.
Today’s generation will learn more about relationship basics, procedures and be able to avoid errors in life.
All men will know their rights, how, where and when to exercise them.
We shall have morally upright men who know their obligations in the society and hence reduction of sexual immorality.
We shall have permanent and blessed marriages free from immoral and illegal ones.
Men will live a credible life and leave a legacy for next generations
Singles will be able to hook up the right marriage material partners for stable relationship.
Couples will start practicing long lasting relationships based on harmony and be able to achieve milestones like silver jubilee, golden jubilee, a century etc and designated awards.
Men will learn how to manage their homes efficiently and effectively.
Families will learn how to fight poverty in their homes hence increased domestic income.
Men will also learn domestic financial management i.e., saving, investment and expenditure for families.
Positive attitude oriented men that are lovely, respecting and caring for their loved ones.
This will help to spur us to the middle income status.

OBJECTIVES

To provide counseling and guidance to the couples in conflict and single men in relationships.
To protect men against domestic violence and advocate for their rights.
To provide legal advice to parties in conflict and other advisory services including spiritual, financial and others.
To liaise with the relevant stake holders in providing different services.
To encourage wealth creation through poverty eradication programs and sensitizing men about their role and responsibilities in the family and community at large.
To introduce educative programs through media about the causes of family conflicts, consequences, build and uphold moral standards of better families in collaboration with other interested institutions.
To enhance and protect the glory and integrity of men in line with nature, culture and tradition and as a way of organizing and implementing the programs of the [TAME-U]
To prepare and nurture men on how to manage long-lasting relationships.
To identify, provide redress, minimize conflicts in families and bridge the gap between men and women on issues pertaining families through dialogue.
To encourage continuity of stable marriages through sensitization and reward system.
